Dhrubajyoti is a seasoned trainer, instructor, and coach with 31+ years in the corporate world. He has coached individuals from front-line sales to C-suite on Sales, Leadership, and Behavioral skills. Certified by institutes in India and the U.S., he uses the 10:20:30 training principle—pre-reads, engaging classroom interventions, and impactful post-training assignments & roleplays.
